Assisting with Equipment Loan – Bloomington Office
Nature of Work:
Provides assistance to consumers with LIFE CIL’s Equipment Loan Program.
Specific Duties May Include:
- Maintain confidentiality of all consumer interactions and data.
- Become familiar with the equipment loan program and how the program works.
- Get the equipment for the consumers
- Assist in completing the necessary form(s).
- Make photocopies.
- Occasionally assist with loading and unloading equipment to/from consumer’s vehicles.
- Accept returned and donated equipment.
(as needed for assigned duties):
- Ability to greet and interact with the public in a pleasant and professional manner.
- Ability to reach overhead and crawl under shelving to get equipment.
- Ability to carry equipment 80 feet multiple times per day.
- Ability to lift objects up to 30 pounds to a height of three feet to load and unload equipment.
- Ability to assist in completing necessary paperwork.
- Ability to operate a copy machine.
- Ability to maintain an accurate alphabetical filing system.
- Must maintain confidentiality of management and consumer information.
- Must have dependable attendance.
