Employment
LIFE Center for Independent Living advertises job opportunities that are available for application in The Pantagraph and The Daily Leader. We post notices in at least the following places: in the Center and on its website, Job Connection, area Office of Rehabilitation Service offices and other agencies within the four-county area that specialize in job placement for persons with disabilities, other Centers for Independent Living around the state, and all Illinois Employment and Training Center offices in our four-county area. As a Center for Independent Living, we are required by law and by our core values to be managed and operated by a majority of persons with disabilities. We therefore affirmatively seek to hire qualified persons with disabilities. We also value a diverse workforce, and strongly encourage minorities to apply.
There are no new employment opportunities available at this time.
PERSONS WITH DISABILITIES AND MINORITIES ARE STRONGLY ENCOURAGED TO APPLY. LIFE Center for Independent Living is committed to a diverse workforce through affirmative action and equal employment. Accommodations are available upon request for completing an application or interview. To request a copy of the job description, call 309/663-5433 (voice) or 309/663-0054 (TTY).
